I really liked working with Ronald. He’s very available and accessible even with the US/European time difference. We worked together to come up with a video solution for my new website. He offered different options and we came up with one that worked the best for my needs. His helpful and informative visual tutorials gave me a clear idea of how to work things on my end after everything was installed. It saved me valuable time. He was easily accessible via email and gave me so many extra pointers that weren’t in his reasonably charged scope of work. I’m a hardware guy by definition, and although I have very basic css and php knowledge, I came across a situation that required more expertise than I could manage. I was in need of dynamic image resizing for a new WordPress based website theme. With around 1000 images being hosted, and those images being an integral part of my site, I turned to Ronald for help. He was able to create custom scripts to resize previously posted images, as well as create a plugin specific for my needs going forward. I’ve been very happy with the results. Communication was promptly returned, and he understood what I wanted, even though I may have not done the best job of explaining my needs. I’ll admit to this being the first time I’ve ever turned to a professional for help, but it won’t be the last. Ronald will be my ‘go to’ guy from here on out! Craig Brugger – www.losias.net

I met Ronald on a forum and I’m so glad that happened. The site I was building had become unstable. Ronald offered to investigate the issue and he did find the solution quickly! Along the way he learned me new things and pointed me in the right directions for other useful information. He is very proficient in WordPress, has an eye for details and knows his way around. Especially since I had not (formally) hired Ronald to do this for me it just really shows he’s the kind of guy that will bite into an issue until it just goes away.
